Five year warranty on the unit from date of installation provided the product is properly registered on the warranty portal(If not registered then the product will be covered by a 12-month warranty.)

Information you will need to complete the product registration.
- Unit Model Number (In the case of a split Air Conditioner you will need the indoor and outdoor model numbers)
- Unit Serial Numbers (In the case of a split Air Conditioner you will need the indoor and outdoor serial numbers)
- Photos of the installation
- Date of Installation
- Name of Installation Company/Person
- Commissioning Sheet/Invoice
